All you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Orders are processed the following business day. During sale or peak periods, please allow up to 3 additional business days. If your order is time-sensitive, leave a note at checkout.
A confirmation email is sent immediately at purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
International timeframesWe ship internationally via Australia Post and UPS. Delivery timeframes vary by destination — on average allow 6–12 business days. All quoted times are estimates and may be subject to change.
A signature is required on all deliveries. If no one is available, a card will be left and your parcel held for collection or redelivery.
* Complimentary shipping does not apply to sale items or orders with a double discount applied.
Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges cannot be refunded in the event of a return. If your order is a gift, please note this at checkout.
Select Collect In Store at checkout. Your order will be ready the following day.
Need it sooner? Reach out to our team and we will prepare your order at a time that suits. Pull up out front and we will bring it to you.
To update an address or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot redirect orders once dispatched.
On the rare occasion an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone and arrange a replacement or full refund.
During sale events and holiday periods, please allow an additional 3 business days for dispatch. If your order is urgent, include a note at checkout.
Quoted delivery times are estimates only and are beyond our control once dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect orders in transit.
Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed by your card issuer. A signature is required on all deliveries.
