Rental is currently available only on Sara Roka pieces marked Sale in our Sara Roka collection. Each piece is one of a kind — availability is confirmed individually and is not guaranteed until your booking is accepted.

To enquire, submit a rental enquiry via the product page. We will contact you to confirm availability, agree your rental dates, and arrange payment of the deposit. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Your deposit will be refunded in full once the item has been returned to us and inspected in original condition. Where damage, loss, or late return applies, the relevant sections below govern how your deposit is treated.

We recommend booking to arrive at least 2 days before you intend to wear the piece, to allow for postage either side of your hire period.

Items are dispatched from our head office via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery. Each piece is photographed prior to dispatch to record its condition.

You must return the item using a tracked, signature-on-delivery service and provide us with the tracking number on the day it is posted — return shipping is at your expense. We are not liable for loss or damage in transit; the deposit exists to cover this outcome. The item remains your responsibility until it is received back at our head office.

Please treat the item with care and avoid any attempt to clean, alter, or repair it yourself. Normal, reasonable wear is expected. Do not remove any tags attached for the rental period.

If the item is returned damaged beyond normal wear, the cost of repair or professional cleaning will be deducted from your deposit, with any remaining balance refunded. If the item is returned after the agreed date, a late fee may be deducted from your deposit for each day overdue. If the item is not returned to us at all, your full deposit will be retained and no refund will be issued.

Once returned, the piece re-enters our Sara Roka Sale collection and may be rented or purchased again. Once retired from rental, remaining pieces may be included in a future warehouse sale outside our regular online offering.
