DELIVERY
Christensen Copenhagen offers free shipping on orders over $750. For orders below $750, there is a $25 fee for express shipping. We use a combination of courier companies based on your location to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
CHRISTENSEN COPENHAGEN delivers to addresses within Australia only. At this time, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Our warehouse operates during business hours Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.
Orders received before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and shipped next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched next business day.
Orders placed during Sale or Promotional times may take longer to process. Please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
RETURNS
ONLINE ORDERS
Online purchases may be returned for store credit or exchange only, pending review of the returned item(s).
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

All returns are inspected upon arrival and acceptance is at the discretion of CHRISTENSEN COPENHAGEN.
Store credit will be issued once your return has been approved and processed. Store credits are non-transferable, valid for use online only, and cannot be used in-store.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend contacting us promptly to secure your desired size or style, as availability cannot be guaranteed.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases under any circumstances.
Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase and within 14 days.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality-checked prior to dispatch. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@christensencopenhagen.com with details and supporting photos. Faulty items will be assessed and addressed in accordance with Australian consumer law.
