Delivery
Christensen Copenhagen offers worldwide delivery, ensuring your pieces arrive with the same care and attention as our in-store experience.
- Complimentary express shipping on orders over $750
- $25 express shipping fee for orders under $750
- Delivered via trusted courier partners based on your location
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
Our warehouse operates during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are processed and shipped the same business day
- Orders placed after 12pm are processed and shipped the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends are processed and dispatched the following business day
- During sale or promotional periods, please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
Online Returns
Online purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only, pending review of the returned item.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be in original condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
- All swing tags must remain attached
All returns are inspected upon arrival and acceptance is at the discretion of Christensen Copenhagen.
- Store credit will be issued once your return has been approved and processed
- Store credits are non-transferable
- Store credits are valid for online use only
- Store credits cannot be used in-store
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend contacting us promptly to secure your preferred size or style, as availability cannot be guaranteed.

In-Store Purchases
- In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only
- Refunds are not offered on in-store purchases under any circumstances
- Items must be returned within 14 days
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
Faulty Items
All items are quality checked prior to dispatch. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with details and supporting photos.
