Orders are processed within 2 business days. During sale or promotional periods, please allow an additional 3 business days. Please ensure the shipping address entered is correct — we are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.

Purchases are not dispatched until billing details are confirmed by your card issuer. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank but will ship your order promptly upon payment confirmation.

Australia

Complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $750. Flat rate standard shipping of $15 on orders under $750. Express shipping available at a flat rate of $25. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Free shipping does not apply to sale items.

International

We ship internationally via Australia Post and UPS. Complimentary shipping to New Zealand on orders over NZD $850. Flat rate of NZD $35 for New Zealand orders under NZD $850. All other international destinations attract a flat rate of $50 AUD.

International purchases may incur duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded in the event of a return.
