Items discounted at over 30%, or with a double discount applied, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note there is no free shipping on sale orders, a flat rate applies regardless of order value.

No price adjustments are available on full price purchases marked down two or more days after purchase. For items purchased within 2 days of markdown, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

During sale periods dispatch may be slightly delayed due to order volume. If your order is time sensitive please select express shipping or include a note at checkout.

Wash gentle or by hand in cold water. Avoid harsh detergents. Do not wring. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight and heat.

Store folded or hanging in a cool, dry place. Keep away from jewellery, bag hardware, and rough surfaces to avoid snags.

Dry clean only for tailored and delicate pieces.
