Christensen Copenhagen offers both online and in-store pre-order, allowing you to secure your favourite styles ahead of each designer collection’s arrival. Our edits are intentionally tight and exclusive, so we don’t carry multiple sizes across every style — pre-ordering from a Trunkshow ensures you never miss out.
Trunkshows run for a limited window each season, giving you access to the full breadth of a collection long before it reaches stores. Many of these pieces never enter traditional retail, meaning you’re among a select few able to secure them in your size.
What is a Trunkshow?
Think of a Trunkshow as your direct line to the runway.

When you purchase from a Trunkshow, you are placing a personal order with the brand:

You pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order.

The balance is due when the item is ready to ship at the start of the next season.

Christensen Copenhagen manages the process and delivers your order the moment it arrives.

We have a 24 hour cool off period but please be aware that once that passes the items are unable to be cancelled .

What if the sizing isn’t right?
Our in-store and online stylists are available to help guide size selection.
We recommend trying your preferred size in-store in existing pieces from the brand, as fits can vary. Please note we are unable to refund as the item is ordered specifically for you.

If your delivered item isn’t the right size:

We can exchange it if the required size is available.

If not, you may request a credit . We do not offer refunds on pre ordered items from Trunkshows.
We aim to remain flexible while acknowledging the nature of ordering from samples.
How do I pay?

Trunkshow: 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% automatically deducted when your order is ready to ship. We will notify you when the goods arrive into the country, 24 hours before the items are shipped and the balance is deducted
